How Professional Athletes Use TUNE for Recovery

Recovery is the competitive edge in professional sports. While ice baths, compression boots, and massage guns dominate the recovery conversation, a growing number of elite athletes are adding TUNE to their post-training protocols for a reason no other tool can replicate: nervous system reset.

Unlike mechanical recovery tools that target muscles and fascia, TUNE works at the autonomic level. A 15-minute session shifts the athlete from the heightened sympathetic state of competition into deep parasympathetic recovery — accelerating the body’s natural repair processes from the top down.

Several NBA and NFL training staffs have integrated TUNE sessions into their game-day and travel protocols. Athletes report faster perceived recovery, improved sleep quality on the road, and reduced pre-competition anxiety.

We are currently partnering with three Olympic training centers ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Games. Our sports science team is designing competition-specific protocols that optimize recovery windows between events. Early data is exceptionally promising.
