Return Policy

Overview

At New Dae Technologies LLC, doing business as TUNE ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund process as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • The item must not be a non-returnable product (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Personal care items and hygiene products that have been opened
  • Session bookings and service appointments that have already been completed

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at hello@staytuned.co with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@staytuned.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Session and Service Cancellations

For TUNE session bookings made through our partner studios, cancellation and refund policies may vary by location. Please refer to the individual studio's policies or contact the studio directly for cancellation information.
